Miramontes Dormitory - 6br, 4ba
Formerly an aging lodge-style home, this tiered manor was converted into a living space for Sims University students. Its first residents were all female, and redecorated it into an unofficial sorority house. Highly expensive room prices means its residents are a mix of rich students and extremely intelligent scholarship recipients.

This lot is a revamp of the classic "Miramontes" lot from The Sims 3 base game. It was never actually placed in a world, rather left in the edit town library to be placed at the player's discretion. I have used the house many times over the years, but I always find myself changing it because, lets admit, the original is ugly.
I decided this time I'd turn it into a sorority house/dorm style dwelling. It can be used for just a family, of course, but keeping with the theme, every bedroom has a desk and computer for studying and there are plenty of nice environments for your sims to sit and read.
Originally, I tried to upload this to Mod the Sims, but they wanted me to make some significant changes to it, such as making it look more "realistic" and changing the "poor architecture." Personally, I believe the house's smashed together Victorian-era vibe is classic, like the house is meant to be as hectic as the family/group of sims living in it. So, I decided, whatever MTS. I'll put it on my own site then. ^_^.
