 How to install custom content and mods into your game

If you don't already know how, downloading and installing .Sims3pack files isn't too hard. It is a more easy format to install, but it is more time consuming.

So I am creating this guide in case you have any issues with installing these files!

Method one: (best for downloading and installing multiple files at once)

.Sims3pack files need to be put in the "Downloads" folder of your Sims 3 folder.

Open the launcher and go to the Downloads tab.

Check off all items you wish to install, and click "Install"

Wait for the loading bar to finish and items to install (can take a while).

You're good to go!


Method two: (best for only installing one item at a time)

Upon downloading the .Sims3pack, double click on it and wait for the launcher to open. It should automatically install, but if not, prompt it to install by checking it off and clicking the Install button.


Then you're good!
