Baby Sims Can Display Feet and Hands by Quizicalgin

From quizicalgin.tumblr: The Sleeper Footies for your baby sims. Now your sim babies can wiggle about and look adorable. There are two sets, one for girls and one for boys. Both have one preset and have two recolorable channels. This is not a default replacement. You can switch to these by putting them into CAS via Master Controller/Stylist.

BUYABLE Lifetime Reward Objects!! by VoiceIHear

''Okay, so being the incredibly impatient person I am, I really don't have the time or patience to wait till I get so many points to get the rewards. So I decided I would make them buyable ... and seeing as i'm always looking for new things to make my sims as poor as possible, I decided this would be a perfect way to do it '' - VoiceIHear

.Package files framework info and how to put them in your game

For those of you who don't know, to put package files in your game which is how ALL mods are and mostly everything on modthesims, you have to set up the framework first.

First go to your Windows File Explorer. (Search ''File Explorer'')
Then go to Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 3

Add a folder and name it ''Mods'' like I have here
After you do this, add a folder inside of your Mods folder and name it ''Packages''. Make another one inside your MODS folder. NOT your packages folder. Name it ''Overrides''. You might never actually use this folder.
Now you need the resource.cfg file like you see in the image. Without this file, none of your mods will work. You MUST have this. You can find it here. You'll need to download WinRar to extract it which you can get here. (To extract it, once you have WinRar, place the file that looks like a stack of books named resource.cfg in your mods folder. Right click it and click extract here. )
Here's an image for extracting files:
Once you extract resource.cfg, delete the one that looks like a stack of books. You don't have to, but it helps keep your folders clean and less disorganized.

Okay so now your folders should look like this:
Now to add mods!
Most mods are in .package file form. I'm probably right if I say they all are. Also, other things can be .package file. Lots, Clothes, anything can be .package file.  So you download say, the nointro mod which automatically skips the video that plays upon loading. I already have it, but I redownloaded it to show you. Depending on what browser you use, sometimes it's just a matter of drag and drop.
Drag it to your Packages folder
Right click and ''Extract Here''
You should end up with this:
Delete the one that looks like a stack of books which leaves the one that looks like a sheet of paper which is called nointro.package

Leave this where it is. It is in the correct place.

So this is the final product:
Now when you play the game, your mod should work! In this case, if you followed the guide and installed the same mod I did, there should be no intro upon loading the game. If not, you can always come back to this article to try to fix your mistakes or just ask me! It took me a long time to figure out too so if you don't get it at first, don't feel bad!
